Our team is the heartbeat of Richey LLC. Alongside Alysha, you'll find Irensu, our quick-thinking assistant; Ailen, Boaz, and Jess, our visionary architects; Tony, our strategic Account Manager; and Liam, our Lead Architect whose insights keep us ahead of the curve. Together, we form a powerhouse of talent dedicated to your success.

Meet Our Founder: Alysha Richey
Alysha began her journey as a solo freelancer, fervently committed to finding innovative solutions that reshape the way businesses operate. Balancing two full-time jobs, she expanded her availability and in April 2022 decided to devote her full energy to her thriving business venture.
The Mission
Alysha founded Richey LLC with a passion to help people and she has big goals for helping others both within and around the organization. She strives to create efficiency so individuals can gain more time back in their lives to live and at a price that allows them to thrive allowing growth for everyone. She is passionate about youth development programs and sharing education and opportunities. Her mission is to grow this organization and her others to create healthy careers and create herself a position as the Chief Philanthropic Officer of the entire enterprise so she can continue to pour into individuals, families, and communities. She enjoys coaching track & field, riding her motorcycle and most of all spending time with her kids, especially when they can be outside. She is a multipotentialite with lots of solution based ideas and enthusiasm about making them a reality.
The Early Team: Irensu Montilla & Ailen Mashke
In July 2022, Irensu Montilla joined as an indispensable assistant, and by October, we were fortunate to add Ailen Mashke, our first architect, to our team. Ailen, a victim of the corporate layoffs, rapidly evolved into a lead architect, playing a pivotal role in our growth.

Irensu is a goal-achievement enthusiast. She is originally from Venezuela but is currently living in Spain. She likes to help people reach their goals from the tiniest steps to the loftiest aspirations, offering unwavering support and a contagious enthusiasm. Her favorite things to do are spending time with her family, traveling, eating everything chocolate, and watching movies and TV series.
Ailen Mashke
Ailen is passionate about helping others find balance in different aspects of their lives. She was born in Cuba and currently lives in Florida with her family. She likes reading, writing, and spending time with her family. She loves food and is fascinated with different cultures, and especially the Japanese culture.
Expansion and Growth: Our Account Manager
As our reputation grew, referrals and job board inquiries began pouring in. By March 2023, the demand for our services was skyrocketing. Recognizing the need to expand, we brought on board a dedicated Account Manager in June 2023 - Tony Quist.
Tony Quist
Tony is a Virginia native and loves living among the Blue Ridge Mountains where he enjoys the natural setting and recreational opportunities with his three children. He is an agent of change and passionate about connecting with highly-motivated people who are happy, engaged, and productive in achieving sustainable success in their lives, both personally and professionally.
Liam Bailey
Liam is from Staten Island, New York. He spent his whole childhood in New York, and is currently studying in the Zicklin School of Business at CUNY Baruch College. He's passionate about creating, whether it's workflow systems, software products, or music. Liam has his sights set on continuing his entrepreneurial journey as a career.
